You can obviously do a saveas or etransmit and save down a file format version from the Windows AutoCAD LT.  You  can also see if using AutoCAD 360 will let you easily convert the file format.

 

The easiest solution however would be to join the Beta of the pre-release of AutoCAD for Mac 2018. I have found it to be very stable and would let you open the files without conversion.
