Welcome to the Autodesk Community and thank you for posting your question here in the AutoCAD for Mac forum!
In addition to @pendean's recommendation to try the DIMREASSOCIATE command, you might want to try the DIMREGEN command.
This will realign the dimensions with your geometry if you pan or scale the viewport. If DIMREGEN doesn't work on some dimensions, you might then need to use DIMREASSOCIATE. I tested the DIMREGEN command in AutoCAD for Mac just now, and confirmed it works there. Could you try it out?
