Compatibility of Mac Operating System to Accept AutoCAD in PC version

I'm considering purchasing AutoCAD LT for my MAC Book Pro. Will AutoCAD LT in a Mac operating system be able to accept PC based AutoCAD programs.

DWG files are 100% interchangeable if tat's what you meant to ask: no issues sharing files between the two operating systems versions.
