Changing orientation of page setup to plot

Hi

We're experiencing some problems with the page edit and plotting.

I've setup that the DIN A3 pages need to be in landscape in the Page Setup Manager.

After assigning it to a layout, it forgets everything I need to plot an A3 in landscape.

Workflow :

Page Setup assigned to the layout.

Settings of the Page Setup : A3 landscape

When it's time to print, the mac gives me the standard A4 and in Portrait

Hope somebody can clear this out, because we are wasting a lot of paper...

Hi,

Very strange. Looking at your screenshots I see that everything seems to be correct.
Does this happens with all of your drawings?
Do you use Custom paper size or one of the predefined from printer?

Hi

I use the custom paper sizes. It’s weird because it works fine when I use the A0 settings.
It uses an other printer though...

Try to delete this problem custom paper size and recreate it again.

Hi

Found it, I think.

To print to our A3 printer, we need to enter a authorisation number. I've made a printing preset, with the number already filled in.

But it also uses the A4 paper size as standard.

Then when I want to print, it seams that this settings overrules the other. When I print with the default setting, my page setup (A3 landscape) works fine!
