Careful, Photoshop isn't named differently!
You should speak with your vendor about the Mac version that you have. They might work out a way to deactivate your license for the Mac version and activate a Windows License for you. I'd almost bet on it!
As for Parallels... DON'T DO IT! Use the built-in Bootcamp. Apple has a great way of letting you dual boot your Mac as long as you have a licensed windows installation media. If it's a Macbook Air you will have to create a special usb for getting windows in there. Lots of info online about this topic online!
Again, the native Bootcamp method works so great vs. the virtual machine method of Parallels.
One more note... the 2017 version of AutoCAD for Mac get super close to looking like the Windows version. You just have to move panels around a little.
