I need some assistance to resolve this crashing issue ASAP and I have outlined the software and operating system in the subject header.
Upon crashing the window disappears with no warning, so I have to force quite and revert to the previously auto save version each time grrrr!!!
Many thanks
Simon

According to the other posts here on the Forum AutoCAD 2017 for Mac doesn't work properly on Yosemite. Only OS X upgrade to Sierra or to El Capitan resolves the issue.

Is there a reason why you haven't upgraded your system to EL Captain ? or Sierra?
If you are able to update your system I would recommend that you try that and see if AutoCAD has the same issues.
