Hi,
Which AutoCAD 2014 you mean - Mac or PC?
What "Pop menu" do you mean?
DCL is not supported in AutoCAD for Mac.

I have in Autocad 2014 PC made a "popmenu" that Works with lisp program and dcl
that is what I want to convert to Autocad 2017 Mac.

You can add your custom menu in AutoCAD for Mac with CUI command.
I'm not sure that all lisp routines from AutoCAD for Windows will work in AutoCAD for Mac because AutoCAD for Mac doesn't support Visual Lisp and, as I mentioned before, it doesn't support DCL.

No WIndows-based "pop" menus in MAC versions of AutoCAD.
