How do I convert a "pop menu " from Autocad 2014 to Autocad 2017 Mac? does DCL work with MAC?

Hi,

Which AutoCAD 2014 you mean - Mac or PC?
What "Pop menu" do you mean?

DCL is not supported in AutoCAD for Mac.

You can add your custom menu in AutoCAD for Mac with CUI command.
I'm not sure that all lisp routines from AutoCAD for Windows will work in AutoCAD for Mac because AutoCAD for Mac doesn't support Visual Lisp and, as I mentioned before, it doesn't support DCL.

No WIndows-based "pop" menus in MAC versions of AutoCAD.

Look into CONTENT PALETTE in the MAC versions https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2016/E...
