Hi,
How can i reset the display menu & tools bar back even after new installation of the software (See photo attached to see the problem)?
Kindly get a expert to contactl me (9837 5558) to resolve this ASAP. Thank you.

Don't know much about ACAD LT on MAC but looks to me like you've got cleanscreen active.
This is a key combo CTRL+0 (or type cleanscreen)
Does this help?
Or maybe you don't have a workspace selected, Search for the 'gear wheel' in the lower right bar.

Hi,
No, this is not cleanscreen, something in your user account on Mac prevents from copying necessary support files to the AutoCAD application support folder inside your Home Library folder.
This problem was already discussed here on the Forum. The solution was to copy necessary files manually. Try to search Forum for "Missing menu and Tool Sets palette "
You can also try to create new user account on your Mac, login to it and launch AutoCAD. It should work properly in new user account.
