AutoCAD Mac 2016 Plot Scaling problem

I'm experiencing a really weird issue with AC 2016 on my Mac. Since updating from 2014 a couple weeks ago, I cannot get it to plot correctly when using engineering scales. A document which plots normally when set to 1/8":1' or 1/4":1' goes completely off at 1:10 or 1:20. It actually gets larger when I select 20 scale than it is at 1/8", when it should get smaller. I've checked the scale settings and they are correct; 1:20 is one paper unit for 20 drawing units.

I tried creating an entirely new drawing and the results are the same. Everything measures out correctly but refuses to plot to scale.

I attached screenshots of the two different scale settings; use the pile of rocks and the word "Waste" in the center of the box in the 1/8th scale image, since the box outgrows the page at 20 scale. I also included a screen shot of the layout settings.

It's probably something really simple that I've overlooked, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks
