Thank you for your quick response. I tried what you said in both via my account and the Virtual Agent. Neither worked.
In my account, only 2015 is available (see screenshot). In the Virtual Agent, when I click 2016 Mac, an error occurs (again, see screenshots).
Can you help me out? Thanks.
