Can you describe your network? Is it Windows based? Do you normally work from the network to get your files or do you work locally?
Are your files large? I know, a lot of questions and no solution. At least you have your workaround while we can develop a real answer for you!
Have you applied the lastest updates for your AutoCAD 2015?
What is your operating system?
