AutoCad 2016 for Mac product key

help 

Product purchased

serial number received

have not been able to find product key for

AutoCad 2016 for Mac

If you enter in this product key 001H1 do you still have an issue with activating the product?

not sure how it may be related, but get invalid serial number (which comes from autodesk email).

 

the product key (which i had tried previously) does not say it includes for Mac, so who knows.

 

As of this moment i have paid for software that i cannot use.

I am sure there is a solution, but the system not so good

Did you copy+paste the S/N and CDKey - to avoid typos?

There is no phone number to call someone unless you have purchased a level of advanced support that gives you this option. You would know it if you have this. See the option below.

funny...sort of

I just spent big $$$ (for me anyway) on a software subscription, that as of right now I can not use.

 

Maybe there is another email coming that will clear it all up.

just an absolute shame that there is not a simple contact chain...

I bet that @Emmsleys is paying attention to this thread and is working on getting you some assistance.

I'll hit up the twitter support staff too for you.

 

To clarify, you cannot even get it installed? 

Or is it the activation that is just not working. If the latter, it should run for 30 days in trial mode, giving you time to sort this out.

installed

trial ran out

paid through app and autodesk

 

now can't open back up because currently asking for serial number (which I received in autodesk emailed) and product key (which I never received).

 

the only product key i tried (and it was also subsequently recommended) just produced errors...(with serial number).

after lengthy correspondence with AutoDesk, I was finally able to get the proper information.

not a very pleasant purchase experience (especially for those kinds of dollars).

And my Autodesk account does not indicate that I purchased the software!

Not good, and I hope this is fixed ASAP (before it bites me somehow)

 

 

Product is now working as expected.

Thanks to those who offered suggestions.
