I had a customer who was looking for something similar last year specifically for AutoCAD on the MAC. I need to locate my list and will post back but in the mean time I have added a few links that may be helpful although they are videos there are files that can be downloaded and printed.
I am sure other users will be posting soon with their own suggestions.
- Autodesk University has videos but also they have their datasets, script and PowerPoint which can be downloaded and viewed at your own pace.

- There was a webinar done specifically on AutoCAD for the MAC. You can also download the dataset, script and PowerPoint.
- What new in MAC 2016 / Mac N Cheese
