If you want to use right-click as Enter all the time, even when objects are selected as it was in AutoCAD r.14, than you need to set SHORTCUTMENU=0
If you also want to use shortcut menu (after some delay), you need to set SHORTCUTMENU=16

If you don't need "Shake to Find Cursor" feature, you can disable it:
- Go to the Apple menu and choose “System Preferences”
- Select “Accessibility” and go to “Display”
- Uncheck the box next to “Shake mouse pointer to locate”
