Hi,
Have you tried to quit all applications, including AutoCAD - use File -> Quit AutoCAD, than restart your Mac, than run installer again?

Have you tried to quit all applications, including AutoCAD - use File -> Quit AutoCAD, than restart your Mac, than run installer again?

Thanks for your help, I have tried delete AutoCAD and re-install again. It done and already updated.
