Problems Installing Update
I have AutoCAD LT 2013 on my Mac. It has all the sudden started shutting down any existing file I try to open. It opens it for a second then shuts AutoCAD down. It has never done this before. I looked for updates and it shows there is one for my version, I try to install it and it says I am not running a new enough software on my Mac. I have the newest software out there. How do I fix this? I am not tech saavy and need help. I have called Autodesk and their customer service is nonexistent. HELP!

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to Autodesk Community!
Please note that the latest version of AutoCAD LT for Mac is 2016 version. Which update are you trying to install for your AutoCAD LT for Mac? Have you installed the Service Packs?

Hi @lynn_zhang. Thanks for responding. I have attempted to several times, it comes up with an error message every time that says "AutoCAD LT 2013 requires OS X 10.6.4 or later". I have OS X 10.11.3 so I do not understand why it is not working. Any ideas?

Hi Ashley,
This problem dues to AutoCAD 2013 was supposed to support till Yosemite when it's originally released. However, to support OS X 10.10 and later, a new full version has been released and you can download it from AutoCAD LT 2013 for Mac (full version).
Thank you
