My Mac wont reload AutoCAD 13 following migration to new harddrive. Tells me requires: OS X 10.6.4 or better. I have OS X 10.11.3 so dont understand why it is not working. Any help greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!
Hi,
AutoCAD 2013 for Mac is not compatible with OS X 10.11, lick at the System Requirements here:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticle...
10.6.4 or later means 10.6.5, 10.6.6, etc.
