Enhanced Support Upgrade for LT Subscribers

Hello Autodesk Subscribers!

 

I'm please to bring you some great news regarding the benefits of subscribing to our LT products.*

 

As of February 7, 2016, your subscription to your AutoCAD LT for Mac product will include enhanced support benefits at no extra cost. As a current subscriber, you will have more effortless access to important support resources:

 

  • Phone: Log onto Autodesk Knowledge Network and schedule a time for an Autodesk support specialist to call you to troubleshoot technical issues. Autodesk support specialists are available 24x5 to help minimize your downtime.
  • Online Chat: Get quick, immediate answers to less complex issues (limited availability).
  • Web/email: Log onto Autodesk Knowledge Network, describe the issue within our Support submission form, and an Autodesk support specialist will respond quickly to help troubleshoot.
  • Community: Post questions to our community forums, and escalate them to our support teams with a click of the button.

When you renew, these benefits will continue to be available to you at no additional charge. (Note: at time of renewal, your subscription will reference Advanced Support, but there will be no additional fees for the support benefits).

 

At Autodesk, our goal is to help resolve your problems as quickly as possible. We are making changes so that you have improved ways to get support whenever and however you would like to contact us. Additionally, you continue to have unlimited access to our extensive library of self-help options, including troubleshooting articles, tutorials, videos, and a global community of Autodesk product users. Browse our Autodesk Knowledge Network and join the Autodesk Community for over 1 million pieces of help, support and learning content contributed by Autodesk, our partners, and users.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORS: If you manage additional user accounts, you may need to enable phone permissions for those users within your Accounts page. Additionally, you may receive one or more automated emails in the next few days as we entitle your account with the increased access to Autodesk support resources.
