Color Palette dialog box problem

My problem is show in the added picture...

My color palette dialog box has been corrupted for a while now. Anyone know how to solve this?

Using iMac and Autocad 2013 for Mac

Hi,
Which OS X do you have on your Mac?
If it is El Capitan (11.x), than AutoCAD 2013 is not compatible with this OS.

I ended up resetting all defaults, and now it's fixed. Probably an issue with compatibility with El Capitan like maxim_k suggested.
