Hi, thank you for responding.  I am going to try and follow your suggestion.  I want to be able to get taht going   ..but I havent created one before and dont quite know where to start.. I've had a basic look around, oh me oh my..   Would it be too much to ask for a link or suggestion of the right direction please?  ARgh, I'm looking forward to this learning curve subsiding at some stage but theres just so much to learn !!
