If you installed OS X and AutoCAD FRESHLY, WITHOUT ANY OTHER THAN AutoCAD applications, than I'm afraid, I cannot help you.
Unfortunately I cannot test AutoCAD 2016 on Macbook Pro Retina 13", because I don't own such Mac model.
I have not seen complaints from the other users of AutoCAD for Mac 2016 on standard Macbook Pro Retina 13" here and cannot imagine that you are the only one who have such issue on the hardware you own.
Your problem in my opinion can occur in two cases:
- You have problems with hardware
- You have installed some software (or some settings) on your Mac that conflicts with AutoCAD.
