How to get a dynamic toolbar?

Hi! The toolbar in this video changes based on what he currently working on. My toolbar is static and to the left, how do I get mine to behave like his?

Hi,
If you mean Ribbon, than it is not avaliable in AutoCAD for Mac. At the same time some of contextual Ribbon tabs are presented in AutoCAD for Mac as Visors - for example when you select image or external reference, or when you use HATCH or ARRAY commands.
