Hi,
You can try to restart AutoCAD - use QUIT command and then launch AutoCAD from Dock again.
Or you can close and than open Tool Sets palette (Cmd+1)
Or you can use menu Window -> Reset palettes. This will put all palettes to the default position on screen.
