Hi there,
Does anyone know how/where to access the description you write when you create a template?
Once I have created a new template, chosen metric or imperial, added my description in my own words, then hit save.. I can not find where the description I created is. In that description I have been noting down details about the template for myself that would be really handy to be able to read again if possible. Does anyone know? All Ive managed to find in the manual is how to create a new decription.. Butr I just want to read the one that I made with the template at the time.
I hope someone knows and doesn't mind helping,
Thanks

I'm afraid, it is not possible in AutoCAD for Mac.
On PC you can access template description in Startup Dialog Box, but there is no such dialog in AutoCAD for Mac.
I think the ability to add description to the Template drawing in AutoCAD for Mac was implemented to maintain compatibility with PC version of AutoCAD.

Hi Maxim,
I see. Thank you very much for answering this, even though thats a bit weird that they have provided a place to keep information yet you can not access that information again.. hmm.
But it's good to know to stop looking for it heh !
I'm so grateful you're on this forum, once again, thank you for your time and sharing your knowledge !!
