2015 Batch plotting & Publishing
Hello,
Recently I updated my Autocad Lt 2015 for MAc with the latest service pack and since then publishing is broken.
First of all, its going extremely slow. About a minute for one layout, and I hae to do almost 100 of them.
When in the bath publish dialogue box, and I click on 'Add open drawings' and then select another dwg then the one I am curently working in the Sheet name list stays empty. So I can't add layouts from closed pdf's.
Randomly when clicking on 'Add open drawings', and when I have a dwg active the Sheet name list stays empty as well. To make it work I need to have paperspace active instead of modelspace. Trying to 'Add open drawings' in modelspace will not work 90% of the time.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you are sure that the last Update destroyed Batch publish, thenyYou may try:
1. to remove AutoCAD and than install it, than install Updates except the last Update.
Or
2. To reset AutoCAD. But in this case you will loose all customizations

Reseting Autocad 2015 only helped improve the speed sligthly.
Does the reset remove the service packs? I know you can individualy uninstall them on a pc, does mac have the same option?
Thankfully I was able to acces an Autocad 2013 for Mac. On that version I have no problems and the speed drasticly improved. 10 to 20 seconds for one pdf, compared to the 1 to 2 minutes for one pdf on the 2015 version.

If you reset AutoCAD on Mac it only resets application preferences (options) to default values.
If you remove AutoCAD and install it again from the original media, than you need to apply Service Packs (Updates) again. Removing doesn't reset AutoCAD if you leave "Leave my preferences" option checked during removing.
