Hi,
You can dock Palettes in AutoCAD for Mac to the sides of the screen (the default layout after installation). But you cannot "combine" everything in a single window.
At the same time as soon as you switch the focus to another application AutoCAD Palettes go away an you don't need to minimize them manually even if they are floated.
Your client can also try "Show Palettes as icons" mode.
