1) Whenever I close AutoCad, it never closes, I have to Force Quit it and then reopen it asks about recovered file, etc.

It is known issue with rental subscription, look at this thread:

2) My mouse arrow or cross hair disappears from time to time, I have to minimize the window reopen and its fine. When I move my screen around with the track pad, it pans then switches to zoom. If I minimize the window and reopen and then save the file, it works properly.
..
Trackpad pan - zoom swap is also knowing issue (bug) and it doesn't depend on hardware. I think the same about "disappearing" crosshairs.

3) When I swipe to a different screen or desktop, in the middle of my screen my display gets distorted and acts slow, the graphics arent as smooth.
The macbook has been tested and diagonosed at Apple and everythingmeets the requirements and comes back with no problems.
..
Not sure about your iMac, but seems Macbook Pro 13" with 4Gb of RAM and Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB is not powerful enough for AutoCAD for Mac, especially if you have large drawings and you run a lot of other applications on your Mac simultaneously.
