If you talk about AutoCAD 2013 for Mac, you need to download new installer with all Service Packs integrated in it from here:
http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-2013-...With this installer you will be able to install AC 2013 on Yosemite.
