Did not receive serial number or product key - online purchase
Anyone can tell me how long it takes to receive the serieal number once you purchase a product. I bought it early this morning and have not received anything . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It can take a day or two; they've had some problems on their end over the past few days so processing may take a little longer than normal. If you haven't heard anything after 3 days or so (don't forget to check your junk mail - its an automated email, so may be bounced or considered spam) drop a line over at the Installation and Licensing board and one of the AutoDesk folk can check on it.
