Install and uninstall problems
I have recently got a new macbook - in a hurry rather than transfer the autocad lt 2013 liscence from my old macbook I downloaded the 2015 30 day trial. Now I am trying to install 2013 and transfer the liscence I am having some major problems. I got rid of 2015 version and now when I try and download the 2013 version so I can start the transfer I get the error: "The updater has detected that you have an active AutoCAD LT instance running on the this computer by user xxxxxx. Please close all active instances of AutoCAD LT and Retry." I cannot find anything else on the machine so am unsure what to do - any help would be much appreciated!!!

Hi,
If you are trying to install AutoCAD 2013, why you get error message from updater:
Are you sure you downloaded the correct installer?

Quit Autodesk 360 application if it is running after you restart your Mac (see its icon on the Mac OS menu bar - right side).
Mount DMG image with AutoCAD installer and launch installation.

hello!
hope you are doing good. I saw on the website that you have a lot of information about macbook and I was wondering if you could help me. So i got a notification that my application that i installed yesterday is no longer available so I contacted the community support and they sent me a link to how to Uninstall the Autodesk licensing service on macOs and how to re install it BUT, when I get to the third step of the uninstalling something different appears on my mac than the one written on the website, the step says that:
3. Start typing sh and then drag and drop the script into the Terminal window. The command will auto complete into something similar to: sh /path/to/UninstallAdskLicensingService.sh
4. Press ENTER to execute the command. Note: Terminal will ask for a password. Type your Mac password and press ENTER (no character is shown as you type).
BUT WHAT APPEARS ON MY MAC IS :
