Autocad 2015 without application windows and without toolbars

Hi everyone! I have installed autocad 2015 in my 2012 macbook pro, and this is how it looks: no application windows ( I mean the ones next to "autocad 2015", like "file" "edit" "view" and so on) and empty toolbars ( as it's shown on the picture attached). I tried to fix it with the CUI command, but it shows no commands to load.  It's quite impossible to work as you may understand... NEED A HAND!

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,
Have you tried to Reset AutoCAD from "AutoCAD 2015" menu?
If this doesn't help, than look for the solution here:
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-for-mac-general/autocad-lt-2013-app-store-download-no-menu-bar...

But in your case you need to search for CUI files inside "AutoCAD 2015 app" and copy them to "~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/roaming/AutoCAD 2015/R20.0/enu/Support" folder.

Hi,
I've just tried with the second solution but something is missing: I found all the cui files that I needed but I wasn't able to copy them because I couldn't find the "roaming" folder in my library (there are only two folders named "Adlm" and "ADUT"). Is that possible?

You are looking in wrong place - the Library folder I mentioned is inside your Home folder. This Library folder is hidden, in order to get there you need to use menu Go in Finder with Option key pressed.

The problem is that there is no roaming folder (even among the hidden folders), maybe for a corrupt installation, that I didn't resolve even reinstalling the program few times.

Could you attach screenshot of:
/Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/ folder on your Mac?

YOUR_USER_NAME - is your user name on Mac

ok now I think I've found the right folder. But something is different from your description: the library is in the shared folders, and I can't even find the autodesk folder in Application support.

As I already wrote - the Library folder I mentioned is hidden.

In order to open it in Finder you need to select menu Go in Finder while you press Option key on keyboard, you will see:

Select Library, tan navigate to Application support, than Autodesk, than (you know)

I did finally get to the point, I was just looking at the wrong folder! Thank you so much!
