go in systeme Préferences / Security & Privacy / General
unlock the padlock
Allow applications downloaded from : Anywhere
http://riowww.com/images/Security_and_Privacy.jpg
Open Autocad
and don't forget
Allow Application downloader from Mac App Store
lock the padlock
