Hi Chris,

 

Have you tried:

 

"1. Uninstall AutoCAD

2. Make a backup of the folder /Library/Application Support/Autodesk/ADLM and then remove it (please double check you don't have any other Autodesk product installed before doing that. )

3. Reinstall AutoCAD, you'll be prompted to re-activate the product and do it following the screen instruction"
