printing with mac Page size problemes

I need the help of the community for a weird problem

Since I use AutoCAD for mac I can't print my documents directly from AutoCAD to my plotter. Both letter and 11x17 work fine

All my page setup is set to a a1 format when I check the preview the page show correctly, but when I print it always print only to a letter format

Although if I just print from the preview or from the pdf it all work fine.

What's weird is that on five different computers we are two persons that have this problem

We tried reinstalling the printers, but it didn't change anything.

Someone is already experienced that ?

Hi,

Have you tried to create named page setup in Page Setup Manager, set it current and than use Print command to print to your physical device?

Do you use A1 format from the predefined paper sizes? Or you use custom A1 paper size?
If you use A1 from the list of predefined paper sizes, than try to create custom paper size of A1, give it some specific name , for example "A1 Custom", than use it in Page Setup and try to print.

If you mean AutoCAD Plotter Manager (like in PC version) - no, there is no such feature in Mac version.
