I see your problem now, but I'm afraid you can not force endpoints of polylines to snap to the corners of the objects composing the block, because AutoCAD provide object snap regardless of whether this is the end point is inside a block or not.
So the only one way to fix the problem is to MANUALLY move all polyline vertices using grips to the desired corner of the block. You can simplify the task by hiding polylines you already aligned with ISOLATEOBJECTS command.
If you are using full (not LT) version of AutoCAD you can also try to use AUTOCONSTRAIN command with specific settings, but it is also not a trivial task in your case.
