So in the image below, there are two plines. Then both go off to the right side of the drawing, which isn't illustrated here. However, you can see where they intersect in the upper-left quadrant.
Below is a zoom of that intersection. You can see that the two plines don't actually interesect perfectly. This is what I'm tryint to fix. There is a mess of other plines mixed up in there too. They are all of the other polylines that are supposed to intersect at the same point that don't line up either. The intersection point is always a corner of a block, or 2 line within a block. I'm not sure if it's a setting where I can adjust the snapping to snap only to blocks and not plines or something else.
I've attached the drawing too, if looking at it hands-on will help at all.
