Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,

If you don't have paper size in the default list of paper sizes, you need to create custom paper size :

And use it when you print or create Page Setup.

Where you have cm? If when you create custom paper size, than you need to verify current units in Mac OS System Preferences.
In AutoCAD you need set units for the drawing with UNITS command.

I've done all that. Still when I try to set the print paper size it's in cm. and when I do the inch conversion. And measure the page. It measures over 11ft

Thanks

If you will try to create custom paper size in application other than AutoCAD - do you have paper size in cm?

So if you already set units to Imperial in OS X System Preferences (International pane) than looks like it is printer software issue.
