No, you don't need to uninstall AutoCAD.
If you downloaded Update when AutoCAD was running, than quit AutoCAD, then look for AutoCAD2015Update2_English.dmg file in your Downloads folder, double click it to mount installation image, than double click pkg file inside it to start update.
