Convert a table drawn with lines and text to an AutoCAD native table

Hello — Figured I would try this on the Mac board. I have a dwg file with a bunch of tables, however, it appears the tables were drawn with lines and text... not built using the table tool. I need to get these converted to an AutoCAD native table or excel file. Any suggestions? I have looked into "TableBuilder", however, it is just for windows users. Please and thank you!!

Hi,

In "plain" AutoCAD for Mac it is impossible (as in PC version). On PC you can use commercial application to accomplish this (as you mentioned in your post), but seems so far no one has written such application for Mac version of AutoCAD.
