Autocad 2015 for mac UNABLE TO ACTIVATE
I just purchased yesterday and have been trying to set it up all day. All the problems I am having : I am unable to sign up for an online account for my subscription (monthly auto renewal). I do have an online profile set up that shows my serial number and key but does not allow me to add any users and no users are shown to assign to my cad program. When I start the program I receive a contact your administrator to request permission to use this product messgae. I have a deadline, I need help please!!!

Hi,
>>>>When I start the program I receive a contact your administrator to
>>>request permission to use this product message
Could you post screenshot of the message you receive from AutoCAD?
Have you tried to login with your e-mail address instead of your user ID?
If you are on Subscription and you are able to login to Subscription centre
it is better to ask for Technical support there.

That would be me so.... not sure what the problem is but I apprecaite you trying. I wish someone from AUTODESK would actually try to help me as I have used their software for 13 years and always have issues.

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue. I have a functioning Autodesk account that shows that I have a active subsription (purchased a couple days ago). The first time I opened AutoCAD LT 2015 for mac I activated the product and the program opened fine. I was able to draw and save files. I shut down the program. Ever since then I have tried to open AutoCAD and I get the same screen as shown .... "contact your administrator to access..." I'm a single user not connecting to a corporate license server so I am the "administrator" of my laptop. Logging into my Autodesk account shows that all seems to be active and correct, nothing missing.
Is there a lag time on the Autodesk servers for allowing licensed products to operate? Did your AutoCAD finally start working? If so how long did you have to wait? I (like everyone else using this product) have a deadline and my blood pressure is skyrocketing.
