Hi Diego,
it looks from the screen capture that you can open the software to a point.
if this is the case then please try the following.
at the bottom of your screen is a menu that is activated by holding down the control key and right clicking in the bottom most bar.
in there you can turn off the splash screen.
then try reopening the software.
please see if this helps your issue.
