A delcam dongle was found but FeatureCAM was unable to acquire a license
Hi, I would like to ask for help regarding our license. We do have the License USB Dongle but after we installed FeatureCAM, it says that it was unable to aquire a valid PAF license. We do not have any idea on how to get a valid PAF License. Please see attached image for your reference.

Up until FeatureCAM 2017, all versions of the software relied on a dongle key for licensing. With this dongle, there are two components, a physical USB key (which you have) and a license file that normally resides in one of two locations:
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Delcam
- C:\dcam\config\pass
I normally told our customers to put it in the 2nd location. It's the more common of the two spots.
Now, I am assuming this is a new PC you are installing the software, you can take that file from another computer and place it here and the software should work.

Lastly, if you cannot find the license file or it is unrecoverable, you will need to create a support case directly with Autodesk. Autodesk stopped supported these license types years ago, so it may not be entirely possible.

Hi,
We tried to copy the file on the old computer then paste it on C:\dcam\pass\ directory. Upon opening of FeatureCAM, it still says the same error.

As @acad-caveman mentioned, looks at the folder structure. You need the config folder in the dcam folder. Then in the configuration folder, place the pass folder. Then place the .paf license file directly in the pass folder.
