Partmaker Retract Z before End Working

Forgive me for the newbie question, I am new to Partmaker. I am trying to get the Z axis to retract at the end of the turning when transitioning to the drills.  The current code is calling up the drills, and then moving to Z-.05. I need to have the Z-.05 at the end of the turning operation (or any immediately prior operation), to avoid the drill moving into center and crashing into the material. I am not sure if this needs to be done in a programming window or a post modification.  Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi Chris,

To create a retract move at the end of a turning operation all you need to do is set a cutting point. By setting the Pz value to -.050, your last point for that operation will occur at that Z-.050 location. Otherwise, your lead in/lead out will determine the first and last point of a turning operation.
