OK, a few other things to check:

  1. Might be worth unloading/reloading the add-in, as this is the easiest of these options.
  2. Check if you are using a 64-bit version of excel. I believe you need the 32-bit version...at least I know you need 32 for MSAcess databases. If you have the 64-bit, there is a redistributable you can download to resolve the issue. 
  3. Try a clean uninstall and reinstall of FC.

 

If none of those work, LMK. I imagine one of them will.
