Hey Chip! It's been a while! I hope all is well on your end!

 

If you're now working through a reseller, you might honestly consider reaching out to them directly. They should be able to get this issue hammered out quickly. You might also consider just submitting a support ticket in your ADSK account to work directly with the ADSK post team. 

 

In general, the best way to expedite any post support is to supply the following:

 

  • The post-processor in question
  • The FC file in question
  • The specific section of code that is currently being output
  • The desired code outcome for that section
