HELP WITH 4TH AXIS WRAPPING OF POCKETS

having one of those days folks.....need some help. why is my 4th axis wrapped pockets not working?  look at my attachments for the file etc.

i am trying to 4 axis mill these pockets but i am continually getting a box popping up to tell me my curve isnt in x and y plane. this is doing my head in.  done this a hundred times before and it just works.

sure its just a simple overlooked error but we will see. as you can see i have used surface edges to give me my edge curve and i have unwrapped it in z axis. my stock is set to 4th axis indexing in Z. if you can produce the pocket and point out the error i will be most grateful to you.

file attached.

hi Darren,

you just have to start over because your part isn't align with the stock axis.

trying to align in this file will take you more time than starting over

i've done this on my side and everything is fine.

Sorry no one has helped out so far.  a couple thoughts: a) The stock is marked as 5-axis indexing.  Change this to 4-axis indexed around Z.  (We cannot wrap toolpaths in 5-axis).  b) The curve54 really is not planar. When you "unwrap" your edge curves, it is helpful to check the Project to UCS plane
