Hey sorry for the delay with this. Honestly, I recommend that you schedule a call or submit a case with our support team, and jump on a web session to get this stuff hammered out. That's gonna be the best way to handle all your specific issues.
I'll continue to try and monitor this forum to help your individual questions, but sometimes, jumping on a web session with our support guys is just what needs to happen to figure things out.
