How to do multiple stepdowns when roughing bottom radius

In the program I have attached, I want to rough out the top part of the groove with my 4-flute .125 flat end mill, and then rough out the bottom radius with the 4-flute .125 ball mill. The flat mill roughing works fine, because I can use the "rough pass Z increment" option to enable stepdowns in Z. But there is no such option in the Draft Radius operation, so FeatureCAM wants to machine the whole depth in one pass with the ball mill. What is the simplest way to rough out the bottom radius in two Z stepdowns, after roughing out the upper walls?
