Feature cam post processor
I am using Feature CAM 2017 Ultimate that is on a license server so when I go on my Autodesk app it doesn't show I'm licensed. Can anyone tell me the proper channel to take with Autodesk? I'm having a problem with my post for my right angle head.

Select product and its version. Then it will take you to the new window for the contact options.

Hello Abhishek,
I tried your suggestion and hit a road block. Being that I'm not recognized as a licensed user for Feature CAM 2017 under the Autodesk app, I can't email or call them. See my attached screen shot. I work for the University of Notre Dame and we have 8 seats of Feature CAM 2017 Ultimate. This software has been put on licensed server by OIT, so basically anybody can use this software if there is a seat available.

Hi Terry,
The administrator of your facility has the option to add user(s) to your account. I will ping that person to let them know that you need access to the university's account to communicate with our post team.
If you are unsure who the administrator of your account is, PM me and I'll let you know.
