Autodesk Desktop App problem
Hi All,
Has anyone else got the problem that I get when I try to sign in to the A360 app.
I get a pop-up stating "Requested service not available The Autodesk service you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. Please wait a few minutes and try again."
This has been going on for a few weeks now.
Is it my end or Autodesk where the problem lies ?

I'm not concerned with it working on a phone, it's the DESKTOP App on the PC that doesn't work.

Oops, sorry didn't put "app" and "PC" together! I didn't know they had a desktop A360 app available, I thought it was web based.

This is from Autodesk Knowledge Network. Can you please try those steps?
